Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh or dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic granules
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • 225 g chicken breast
  • Lettuce for serving

Instructions

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  • In the last few minutes of cooking, add the finely chopped red onion and cook until softened.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, celery, dill, parsley, garlic granules, onion powder, and mustard.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add it to the bowl and mix well until everything is fully combined.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly onto wraps. Add lettuce, wrap up, and serve.
